During this process the parent's role is significant. They can exhibit various career options to their children and also provide practical guidance, balancing support, respecting individual passion, cultural influence, emotional support, encouraging diversity. To take proper child career decisions parents should have a strong parents-child relationship where parents should teach them the moral views and values and provide opportunities for children to learn and develop. Moreover , the adolescence period of children is very sensitive, during that time parents must nurture their children with proper care.
